About the role
We are looking for a Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on machine set‑up, conversion, and rectification to keep production lines running smoothly and achieve high machine uptime.
Key responsibilities
- Perform machine set‑up and conversion tasks according to production schedules.
- Diagnose and rectify equipment issues to minimise downtime.
- Initiate and support continuous improvement activities that enhance process flow and machine reliability.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless operation of machinery.
Required profile
- Vocational or Associate’s degree, or a two‑year technical certificate.
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
