Technical Recruiter

About the role

Flat Planet is hiring a Technical Recruiter in Makati. The arrangement starts with 1 month onsite before transitioning to a hybrid setup. The role handles full-cycle recruitment for technology positions and contributes directly to revenue through quality placements and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for tech roles
• Focus on headhunting and cold outreach to attract high-quality passive candidates
• Conduct calibration meetings with hiring managers to align expectations
• Manage client communications and contribute to client and account growth
• Use HubSpot to track sales pipelines and recruitment activity
• Hit placement and sales KPIs
• Use Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to find and engage top tech talent

Required profile

• Mid to senior-level experience in tech recruitment, preferably in an agency or high-volume setting
• Sales-driven mindset motivated by performance, placements and targets
• Confident with cold calling and outreach to candidates and potential clients
• Experience managing client relationships and supporting account growth
• Graduate of a tech-related course (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Engineering) preferred
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude
