Technical Project Manager

About the role

Working directly under the Technical Manager, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for the structured execution, timeline management, and successful delivery of customer‑facing software projects from initiation through release. The role focuses on delivery governance, turning defined technical proposals into operational reality.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of custom software projects, ensuring milestones, sprint goals and deployment deadlines are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, release roadmaps and backlog structures in Jira/Confluence.
• Act as the primary internal advocate for external client expectations, providing clear, regular updates and managing scope changes.
• Proactively identify risks, create contingency plans and work with the Technical Manager to mitigate bottlenecks.
• Foster high‑performance culture across geographically distributed engineering, UI/UX and QA teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of dedicated project management experience in software development outsourcing or remote delivery environments.
• Deep practical expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with proven success managing client‑facing projects involving international stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and strong cross‑cultural collaboration abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with a focus on execution and accountability.
