Technical Project Manager – IT Operations & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive operational excellence and digital transformation across our technology landscape. The role goes beyond coordination, ensuring that solutions are smoothly transitioned into production and deliver lasting business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT operations and infrastructure projects, aligning with business objectives and operational readiness.
• Integrate ITIL best practices, with a strong focus on Service Transition, to guarantee controlled deployments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Management teams for seamless execution and handoff.
• Govern change and release activities, participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews, and ensure compliance with ITIL processes.
• Produce and validate all operational deliverables such as documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and support models before go‑live.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues to minimise disruption to live services.
• Champion continuous improvement in project delivery and service management processes.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum teams and transitioning from traditional methodologies.
• Familiarity with high‑growth environments and exposure to digital marketing or eCommerce contexts.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL v3/v4, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a plus.
