Team Leader (VIP Corporate Travel)

About the role

WNS Philippines is seeking a Team Leader to manage VIP corporate travel for senior executives such as CEOs, CFOs and COOs. The role is based 100% onsite at the Eastwood site and involves overseeing travel requests, handling escalations and ensuring a seamless experience for high‑profile travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for VIP clients, including flight ticketing, re‑issues, refunds, hotel and car bookings.
• Lead and mentor a team of travel agents, ensuring adherence to service standards and timely resolution of issues.
• Handle escalated cases and complex travel scenarios, providing solutions under tight timelines.
• Maintain accurate records in the Global Distribution System (GDS) and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels and car rental partners to secure optimal itineraries.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate travel, specifically serving VIP travelers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 24 × 7 environment and handle high‑pressure conversations.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite at the Eastwood location.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS platforms for ticketing, re‑issue, refund, hotel and car bookings.
