About the role

The Buyer/Planner II supports the SIOP process for an assigned product class, managing inventory, supply levels and purchase orders to meet customer demand while maintaining target KPIs.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute monthly shipment and inventory plans aligned with SIOP goals.
Monitor finished‑goods inventory, manage purchase orders, and expedite supplier deliveries.
Identify supply risks, perform inventory excess and obsolete scrubbing, and drive improvement projects.
Collaborate with the Buy Branded Material Supervisor, Category Manager and cross‑functional teams to resolve supply constraints.

Required profile

4‑year degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or related field.
1‑2 years of experience in purchasing or supply planning.
Strong analytical abilities and basic mathematics for diagnostic analysis.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

Working knowledge of SAP and Oracle database systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Experience using Salesforce for part management.
