Team Leader, System Admin Core

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Leader to manage our System Administration team. You will oversee Windows and Linux domain environments, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and backup solutions, ensuring reliable and secure IT operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux based domain environments.
• Manage Linux server infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Oversee VMware ESXi and vCenter operations, including virtualization and resource allocation.
• Manage cloud services on AWS and Azure, and administer Microsoft 365 for collaboration.
• Implement and monitor backup systems, develop disaster recovery plans, and ensure data integrity.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of system administrators, setting goals and fostering professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards, and proactively address vulnerabilities.
• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive technology upgrades and migration projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT or system administration teams.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to align IT infrastructure with business needs.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive security mindset.
