Team Lead – Planning & Project Management

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Philippines is seeking a proactive Team Lead to oversee planning and project management for aircraft, engine and component maintenance. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards while coordinating across maintenance, engineering, finance and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor PM&M officers, guiding them in daily duties.
• Plan, schedule and manage maintenance requirements for the fleet.
• Ensure project set‑up, ramp‑up, execution and closure meet time, cost and performance targets.
• Allocate resources, control budgets and monitor project schedules.
• Identify and manage risks, opportunities and change throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with MRO Manager, Head of Operations and external suppliers.
• Review work packages for accuracy, completeness and proper documentation before release.
• Maintain internal and external customer relationships and provide visible leadership.
• Support sales during the offer phase.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably in aviation or aerospace.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and ethical standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster collaboration.
