Aircraft Maintenance Technician

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. is seeking a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on helicopters and related systems. The role ensures airworthiness, safety, and compliance with all applicable aviation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scheduled maintenance and servicing of airframe, powerplant, and associated components following OEM manuals and technical references.
• Perform tear‑down, testing, inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of aircraft systems.
• Apply airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and other technical publications to maintain continuous airworthiness.
• Certify completed tasks in accordance with release authorizations and national aviation authority standards (CAAP, EASA, FAA).
• Complete delegated work packages efficiently while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Support administrative duties and collaborate with supervisors as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Aviation/Aerospace with a focus on airframe and powerplant.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in aviation maintenance; helicopter experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications and a current license from a governing civil aviation authority (CAAP, EASA, FAA, etc.).
• Proficiency with industry‑specific software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, safety mindset, and ability to work within a team.
