Tax Senior Associate

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join its Direct Tax team in Manila. You will work closely with managers and clients on a variety of tax compliance and advisory projects across local, national, and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist managers with tax compliance issues for companies and representative offices.
• Prepare and file tax returns, respond to tax bureau inquiries and client revenue questions.
• Support the preparation of tax advice for corporate restructuring, M&A, financing, insolvency, and asset disposals.
• Provide tax and business advice on inbound/outbound investments and cross‑border transactions.
• Develop transfer pricing policies and documentation for clients.
• Deliver tax consulting services, including indirect taxes and compliance.
• Supervise and train junior staff, evaluate engagement performance, and conduct staff training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Two to three years of relevant tax experience.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
