Tax Analyst

About the role

Grace Global Business Services is seeking a Tax Analyst to join its Manila tax team. The analyst will support tax planning, reporting and compliance activities for indirect taxes, property taxes and US tax certifications, collaborating closely with global corporate tax and external auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare workbooks and reconciliations for indirect tax compliance, including Canada GST/HST and EMEA VAT.
• Support inquiries related to EMEA VAT transactions.
• Run SAP detail reports to aid income tax and indirect tax compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate indirect tax accounts, record tax‑related journal entries, and update roll‑forward schedules.
• Lead the annual W8/W9 and US Tax Certification process.
• Gather data and manage the property tax compliance process, including payment tracker maintenance.
• Prepare monthly cash tax forecasts and related reporting activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in tax compliance, especially indirect taxes (GST/HST, VAT) and property tax.
• Ability to work effectively with global tax teams and external auditors.
• Proactive communication skills for handling tax inquiries.
