Talent & Transformation Consultant

About the role

Join Mercer’s Workforce & Rewards team in Manila as a Talent & Transformation Consultant focused on Learning Solutions. This hybrid position requires three days a week in the office and involves building the Marsh HR Academy and supporting client transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow the Marsh HR Academy and Learning Solutions business across public workshops and in‑house offerings.
• Partner with sales, commercial and Marsh colleagues to support revenue targets and business growth.
• Develop practical solutions for learning, upskilling, reskilling and broader talent and transformation challenges.
• Lead business development activities, including lead generation, prospect engagement and proposal shaping.
• Manage consulting engagements from problem definition through delivery, ensuring projects meet time, quality and budget constraints.
• Facilitate client meetings, present complex content and act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of HR consulting experience in learning and development, workforce transformation or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to shape solutions around client needs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
