Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Aidey, an AI-first business process outsourcing company based in the Philippines, is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support its recruitment team by identifying, engaging and building pipelines of qualified candidates. The role suits fresh graduates or early-career professionals wanting to start a career in recruitment and talent acquisition, and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings across job boards and sourcing platforms
• Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and online channels
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
• Conduct initial screening to assess basic qualifications and fit
• Reach out to candidates by message and email
• Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs
• Track sourcing activity and keep accurate candidate records

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Strong research and internet navigation skills
• Nice to have: internship or exposure to recruitment or sourcing, familiarity with LinkedIn, OnlineJobs or other job platforms, and basic Boolean search or sourcing knowledge
