Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

SuperStaff is looking for a proactive, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles across the organization. The role is hands-on, working closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner, while also strengthening the employer brand and recruitment strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: create job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews and extend offers.
• Sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, social media and networking events to find high-quality candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand team needs and write accurate job descriptions.
• Conduct in-depth interviews assessing skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Help develop and run initiatives that improve the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication.
• Track and report on metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire and candidate satisfaction.
• Promote diversity and inclusion by seeking diverse talent and aligning recruitment practices with D&I goals.
• Support onboarding so new hires have a smooth transition.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and hiring managers.

Required skills

• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; Workable is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
