About the role
Join Nestlé Business Services as a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on the Canada region. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning talent pipelines with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full talent acquisition cycle for assigned functions, from strategic alignment to offer management.
- Partner with Line Managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs, position descriptions, and candidate criteria.
- Source, attract, and build talent pools using multiple channels for both volume and hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Provide market insights, salary analysis, and recruitment data to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Support North American hiring priorities, particularly for the Canada/Quebec market.
- Act as a Talent Advisor, delivering functional expertise and recommendations to hiring teams.
Required profile
- Fluent in French, with strong communication skills in English.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Ability to collaborate with managers and HR partners to meet hiring timelines.
