Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

Aidey, an AI-first business process outsourcing company operating remotely from the Philippines, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to help find and retain excellent employees. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and building a strong employer brand, with open applications at all career levels.

Key responsibilities

• Source potential candidates on niche platforms
• Perform pre-screening calls to assess applicants' abilities
• Interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions
• Coordinate with management to forecast hiring needs and goals
• Craft and send personalised recruiting emails to passive candidates and compose job offer letters
• Onboard new hires
• Identify potential clients during interviews and reach out to them via LinkedIn
• Promote the company as a great place to work and keep up to date with technology trends
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Required profile

• Open to applicants at all career levels; experience in full-cycle recruitment is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing and reading) - mandatory
• Willingness to work long hours as needed and to change shifts according to business needs
• Stable internet connection (100+ Mbps) and a quiet workspace
• Working schedule Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM PHT

Required skills

• Excellent proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (advantage)
• Ability to quickly understand recruitment methods and techniques
• Attention to detail, organisation and good communication
