Systems and Operations QA Lead

About the role

The Systems and Operations QA Lead oversees regulatory and system requirements at the Gateway, Cavite site, ensuring that all quality programs and processes are in place. This role serves as the primary QA contact for factory operations, excluding inbound activities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality training programs and ensure staff are knowledgeable of the Quality Management System.
• Develop and update HACCP plans, quality protocols, and internal audit programs.
• Manage daily schedules of Quality Engineers, Innovation & Change QA, and Systems QA.
• Provide timely disposition of held finished products and respond to consumer/customer complaints.
• Lead analysis and elimination of top quality losses, ensuring root‑cause analysis and corrective actions are closed.
• Validate test methods, QCPs, and CCPs to align with regulatory and global standards.
• Coordinate budget planning with Laboratory and Inbound QA leads and monitor cost performance.

Required profile

• Experience overseeing regulatory and systems requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, Quality Management Systems, and internal audit processes.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage daily QA operations.
