Sushi Chef De Partie (SBN) – Singa

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sushi Chef De Partie to support the Sushi Chef de Cuisine in a specialty restaurant. The role focuses on preparing high‑quality sushi dishes, maintaining station standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and assist in the preparation of all food at the assigned sushi station according to company menus and recipes.
• Ensure quality, quantity, attractiveness and correctness of every dish served from the station.
• Manage the appearance, dress and conduct of all employees assigned to the station and report objectively to the Executive Sous Chef.
• Control actual hours worked, report any schedule discrepancies and verify deliveries meet FIFO standards.
• Prepare daily mise en place lists and requisitions for the Executive Chef.
• Execute special orders and dietary requirements.
• Maintain a collaborative team atmosphere and coach teammates.
• Implement and follow proper cleaning, sanitation and maintenance procedures for the station.
• Report malfunctioning equipment and assign cleaning responsibilities according to the schedule.
