Survey Data Management Analyst – French Bilingual

About the role

The Survey Data Management Analyst joins the Survey Operations team to ensure the smooth collection, processing, and delivery of employer compensation survey data. This position requires fluency in French and English to support multinational clients and participants.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and verify employer survey submissions to guarantee completeness and accuracy.
• Examine market data for assigned countries and identify trends that inform Community products and services.
• Communicate survey processes and results to clients, highlighting links to Community Jobs and Community Market.
• Deliver salary survey transactions within established timelines to support survey cycles.
• Consolidate survey data, update unit analysts and databases, and maintain data quality.
• Inform management of any issues affecting the survey data management workflow.

Required profile

• Prior experience providing transactional HR‑related services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
