Supply Chain Specialist – Procurement & Logistics

About the role

As a Supply Chain Specialist at A+ Power Services Inc., you will drive efficient, cost-effective procurement and delivery of goods and services that support engineering projects and daily operations. You will work within the AP DU Integrated Power Solutions team to ensure smooth end-to-end supply-chain processes while contributing to the company’s mission of transforming energy for a better world.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement operations for both services (sub‑contractors) and goods, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, contract administration, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and inventory management to minimize delays and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, taxes, and industry standards across Asian markets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply‑chain activities with project schedules and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the power or utilities sector.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management and logistics coordination.
• Experience handling both services and goods procurement, including importation within Asia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities related to supply‑chain optimization.
