Supply Chain Planner

About the role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is hiring a Supply Chain Planner for its Manila warehouse. This is a hybrid role within a creative, solution-oriented team, supporting manufacturing by planning material supply and ensuring reliable raw material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure reliable raw material availability while balancing service (OTP), inventory and working capital objectives.
• Support manufacturing by planning material supply, managing replenishment and monitoring inbound deliveries.
• Identify supply risks early and develop mitigation plans, then own issues from identification through resolution, including risk assessment, escalation and corrective actions.
• Partner with Finished Goods Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service and Commercial teams.
• Optimize inventory levels and reduce excess, slow-moving, obsolete inventory and write-offs.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-functional projects, maintain planning accuracy and use large volumes of data to support decisions.
• Prioritize competing business needs and influence decisions through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in materials planning, production planning, inventory management, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations, logistics or supply chain analytics.
• Demonstrated ownership of business results and strong analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written English.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Inventory optimization experience, including slow-moving and obsolete stock, excess stock and write-offs, is a plus.
• Cross-functional project participation, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence experience is a plus.
