Supply Chain Management Lead

About the role

The Supply Chain Management Lead will drive end‑to‑end supply‑chain excellence for Amcor’s operations in the Philippines. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures a seamless flow of materials and finished goods while meeting cost, service and compliance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including demand review, supply planning and executive alignment.
• Develop and execute production plans that respect capacity, material availability and customer priorities.
• Set and enforce planning parameters such as freeze periods, scheduling discipline and change‑management controls.
• Collaborate with production teams to maximise machine utilisation and schedule adherence.
• Oversee materials planning, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, packaging and indirect supplies.
• Optimise inventory levels across raw material, work‑in‑process and finished‑goods while balancing service‑level and working‑capital goals.
• Implement inventory‑control processes for ageing, slow‑moving and excess stock.
• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation and performance, and ensure import/export compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, responsiveness and service delivery (DIFOT).

Required profile

• Proven experience leading supply‑chain functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning, S&OP, materials procurement and logistics.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
