Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to drive demand and capacity planning, production control and inventory management for our key projects. The role supports the manager in meeting production, delivery and cost targets while ensuring smooth material flow across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review weekly resource allocation and monthly production plans, monitor daily output and prevent downtime.
• Analyse order backlogs, identify root causes of overdue orders and coordinate corrective actions with sales and operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components and finished goods; update MRP and communicate with component planners and suppliers.
• Clear non‑good (NG) inventory, follow up blocked stock and manage RMA processes.
• Drive lead‑time reduction by ensuring SAP lead‑time data is accurate and stable.
• Create and release purchase orders based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with customers, global demand teams and IBP to evaluate demand versus capacity and adjust schedules.
• Generate MPS and MRP plans, arrange incoming material and production sequencing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of planning or supply‑chain experience in the electronics industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to process large data sets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work under pressure.
