Supply Chain Analyst III – Production & Inventory Control

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst III will support production and inventory operations for key projects, ensuring demand is met on schedule while controlling costs. Working under the manager’s direction, you will coordinate material supply, production planning, and delivery performance across TE’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Review weekly resource allocation and monthly production plans, monitor daily output and prevent downtime.
• Analyze backlog, identify root causes of overdue orders, and lead meetings to resolve production issues.
• Check and analyze raw material, component, and finished‑goods inventory; update MRP and coordinate with suppliers.
• Clear non‑good (NG) inventory, manage block inventory and RMA processes, and drive lead‑time reduction.
• Create and release purchase orders based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensure timely communication with operations.
• Collaborate with customers and global demand teams to evaluate demand and capacity using IBP, and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Develop and maintain MPS and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) plans, arranging incoming material and production flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of planning or supply‑chain experience in the electronics industry.
• Strong computer and office‑software proficiency, with solid data‑processing and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and pressure‑management skills.

• SAP.

• Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools.
• Advanced Excel or similar data‑analysis tools.
