Supervisor de IT y Soporte Tecnológico de Obra

About the role

EIA21 is looking for an IT Supervisor to lead the technological support for a large construction project lasting approximately 12 months. The role combines strategic planning and day‑to‑day operations to ensure continuous digital connectivity and reliable IT infrastructure on the site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, maintain and optimise servers, LAN/WAN networks, Wi‑Fi access points and on‑site communication systems.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level help‑desk support for hardware, software, peripherals and internal applications used by project staff.
• Guarantee stable and secure internet and data‑network connections to minimise production downtime.
• Implement and monitor digital security policies, access controls, user management and regular backup procedures.
• Manage the inventory of all technological assets on the site and coordinate with external telecom and IT service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT systems management, network administration and technical support, preferably in construction, industrial plants or engineering projects.
• Technical or university degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, ASIR or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of network configuration, routers, firewalls, Windows/Linux environments, cloud collaboration tools and basic IT security.
• Ability to solve problems quickly, work autonomously and stay organised in a dynamic environment.
