Structural Engineer – Design & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our team in Mandaluyong City. You will be responsible for the design and analysis of concrete and steel structures, ensuring that all solutions meet the required codes and quality standards. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform conceptual, layout, and detailed design tasks for structural facilities.
• Coordinate design and construction activities with other engineering disciplines.
• Carry out calculations for concrete and steel members, including gravity, wind, and seismic loads.
• Verify that drawings and details comply with relevant design codes and quality standards.
• Develop design criteria and documentation required for project reports.
• Provide technical guidance to drafters and less‑experienced engineers.

• Strong understanding of how structural engineering integrates with other disciplines.
• Ability to work under general supervision while delivering accurate and reliable designs.
• Capability to mentor junior staff and guide drafting teams.
