Structural Drafter – Roads & Highways

About the role

The Structural Drafter will produce and deliver structural drawings and documentation for bridges and civil structures within roads and highways projects. Working closely with engineers and project managers, you will ensure high‑quality Revit deliverables that meet client expectations and project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver structural drawings and documentation for bridges and civil structures.
• Produce accurate 2D and 3D models using Revit and associated design software.
• Coordinate drafting outputs across multi‑disciplinary project teams.
• Support compliance with project standards, quality assurance requirements, and client expectations.
• Manage assigned tasks to meet project deadlines and contribute to efficient project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement in drafting practices, digital delivery, and workflow processes.

Required profile

• Proficient use of Revit for structural documentation.
• Exposure to AutoCAD is desirable.
• Background in structural projects, preferably bridges and civil structures.
• High attention to detail and pride in work quality.
• Knowledge of DPWH delivery standards is a plus.
