Strategic Marketing Manager – Taguig

About the role

Kimtan Labs is seeking an experienced, strategic, and growth‑driven Marketing Manager to lead its marketing organization in Taguig. You will oversee end‑to‑end marketing operations, bridging brand strategy with execution across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and build high‑performing marketing teams across content, media buying, PR, experiential events, and strategic alliances.
• Define and execute the annual marketing roadmap, aligning campaign objectives with business KPIs and revenue targets.
• Manage marketing budgets, resource allocations, and vendor/agency relationships to optimize ROI.
• Oversee paid acquisition strategies across search, social, and programmatic channels, optimizing CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
• Direct organic social strategy to cultivate community engagement and maintain a cohesive brand voice.
• Craft corporate PR strategies, oversee press release distribution, manage media relations, and lead crisis communication.
• Design and execute high‑impact trade shows, consumer activations, launch events, and webinars.
• Identify, negotiate, and co‑market with strategic partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to unlock new distribution and audience channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record in orchestrating multi‑channel marketing campaigns (paid media, social, PR, live events).
• Data‑informed mindset with deep familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and drive optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
