Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead daily operations of our Danao, Cebu location, ensuring smooth store functioning and exceptional customer experiences. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to regional leadership and is pivotal in driving sales, profitability, and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities, including staffing, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Manage, coach, and schedule store staff to meet service standards and sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate replenishment.
• Implement and enforce company policies, including retail loss‑prevention measures.
• Analyze sales data, set performance goals, and drive initiatives to increase revenue.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store or retail management with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to create a positive shopping environment.
• Effective communication skills for team leadership and customer interaction.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in a dynamic retail setting.
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and basic financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
