SQL Expert – BPO Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled SQL Expert to join our training team within a leading BPO environment. The role focuses on designing and delivering SQL and database management training to diverse internal audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging training curricula and materials covering SQL, database design, and data analysis techniques.
• Deliver instructor‑led and virtual training sessions, adapting content to various skill levels.
• Assess training needs, evaluate learner progress, and continuously improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in training, instructional design, or similar roles with a strong focus on SQL.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with database design and data analysis tools.
• Ability to create interactive and effective learning experiences.
