About the role
The Sports & Recreation Supervisor supports the Sports & Recreation Manager in delivering high‑quality leisure experiences for guests at Shangri‑La Mactan, Cebu. You will help design, coordinate and oversee a range of activities that cater to diverse age groups while ensuring facilities meet the resort’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Sports & Recreation Manager in daily department operations.
- Oversee implementation of planned sports and recreation activities, ensuring facilities, equipment and services meet brand standards.
- Design suitable activities for specific guest age groups.
- Supervise team performance and process flow.
- Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience.
- Create exceptional and memorable experiences for all guests.
Required profile
- Pride in being a hotelier and passion for guest interaction.
- Fluent written and spoken English and the local language.
- Creative problem‑solving and solution‑focused mindset.
- Preferably experienced in an international 5‑star hotel environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
