About the role

The SPO Senior Manager, Operations leads the Manila SPO Hub, overseeing delivery teams that provide high‑quality spatial data, reporting, and occupancy planning for client portfolios. This senior position combines people leadership, operational oversight, financial management, and client engagement to drive regional delivery capability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Manila SPO Hub, managing team performance, resource planning, and workforce growth within a matrix environment.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI management, process optimisation, automation initiatives, and alignment with global SPO standards and playbooks.
• Oversee financial and commercial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, utilisation, margins, pricing strategies and business case development.
• Strengthen client engagement by leading client reviews, acting as an escalation point, supporting account health and identifying opportunities to expand service delivery.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in corporate real estate or spatial data.
• Proven leadership managing teams across global geographies with strong coaching and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with responsibility for budgeting and driving financial performance.
• Expertise in operational excellence and data governance, focusing on delivery quality and process optimisation.
• Knowledge of workplace technology and real‑estate platforms, with a client‑centric approach measured by satisfaction and service success.
