Specialty Tire Sales Manager – Philippines

About the role

Sailun Group, a global leader in tyre development and manufacturing, is seeking a Specialty Tire Sales Manager to drive market growth in the Philippines. You will be responsible for expanding our presence, building relationships with new and existing customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market development and competition plans for the Philippine market.
• Plan and implement local marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing accounts, including annual sales planning, pricing, and order management.
• Achieve company‑set sales targets and increase market share.
• Handle customer claims and complaints with support from Service and Technical teams.
• Conduct regular market and customer visits, provide feedback on market conditions, and support new channel development.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• More than 5 years of sales experience in the tyre industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine tyre market and technical service capabilities.
• Willingness to travel for business trips.
• Candidates based in Davao are strongly encouraged.
