Key Account Manager – Visayas

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for growing and developing existing client relationships while also identifying new business opportunities in the Visayas region. The role requires a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated team player who is passionate about delivering success for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned key accounts to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop and execute account plans, promotions, and business reviews.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and on‑time execution.
• Negotiate commercial terms and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Oversee MDC, RPI, Metro Gaisano, and Majesty accounts and lead expansion initiatives in the Visayas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
