Spanish-Speaking Recruitment Coordinator (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a bilingual Spanish‑speaking Recruitment Coordinator to support its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team. You will act as the administrative hub for interview scheduling, travel logistics, offer generation, and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth candidate experience across global shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Arrange travel and book resources for interview sessions.
• Generate and dispatch offer letters and welcome packages.
• Facilitate background investigations and monitor vendor activities.
• Kick‑off, monitor, and complete onboarding tasks.
• Update the applicant management database and send status notifications.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment administration (scheduling, onboarding, offers).
• Minimum 6 months experience in HR or Staffing RPO (preferred).
• Willingness to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
• Availability for US night‑shift or EU mid‑shift schedules.
