Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish‑English bilingual customer service agent to provide support for a range of products and services. The position is remote, operates on a graveyard shift, and involves handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in English and Spanish, delivering accurate information about products and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound call programs, including warm transfers to service providers.
• Capture additional customer information and screen for interest in the client’s offerings.
• Manage multiple programs within a typical workday as required.
• Perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Good computer proficiency and active listening with strong attention to detail.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar bilingual customer service role.
• Ready to work from home with personal equipment and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of Php 40,000–Php 50,000 per month.
• Language premium based on proficiency or certification.
• 15% night differential for work between 10 pm and 6 am.
• Perfect attendance bonus of Php 1,500.

• De minimis allowance of Php 1,500 (Php 2,000 upon regularization).
