Spa Supervisor

About the role

The Spa Supervisor will lead the daily operations of a five‑star wellness centre in Baler, Aurora. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that all spa services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of spa therapists and support staff.
• Maintain service excellence by monitoring treatment protocols and product usage.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing staff.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Monitor compliance with DOH licensing requirements and internal wellness standards.

Required profile

• College degree.
• DOH‑licensed Spa Therapist with certified training in multiple spa modalities and products.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a five‑star wellness centre or spa, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or trainer role.
• Excellent physical and mental condition, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
• Strong leadership, team‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Baler, Aurora.
