About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sourcing Assistant to join our on‑site team across our Philippines offices. The position works the graveyard shift and will support product research, supplier engagement and quotation management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in product research and sourcing activities.
- Adapt to company policies and procedures.
- Become knowledgeable about products needed by customers.
- Engage and connect with suppliers, conduct calls and follow‑up on leads.
- Identify customer needs, perform in‑depth product research and qualify inquiries.
- Support strategic territory relationship building and follow up on supplier quotations.
Required profile
- College graduate or currently pursuing a degree.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work on a California time schedule.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google tools (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Drive).
