Solutions Architect / Solutions Designer

About the role

Globe is seeking a senior Solutions Architect / Solutions Designer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions. You will shape how software systems interact across the organisation and guide a team of integration architects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Data Architecture to define integration principles and standards.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise integration technology stack, focusing on open‑source and widely‑adopted platforms.
• Provide final integration recommendations for project teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing team of integration architects, including hiring and performance evaluation.
• Create and evolve integration architecture blueprints for critical services such as Reloads, Registrations, Orders, Payments, and digital channels.
• Drive continuous improvement, platform rationalisation, and modernisation initiatives.
• Review code and integration patterns before deployment and work with security and operations teams to keep platforms secure.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior architect or lead in enterprise integration.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
