Software Engineer II – Backend Development

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and maintain the backend of our applications. The role focuses on .NET Core, Azure, micro‑services, SQL and AKS, with opportunities to collaborate across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core, Azure, micro‑services, SQL and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and ship new features while ensuring performance, quality and responsiveness.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, fix bugs and manage application deployments.
• Maintain code quality, organization and automation, and ensure solutions follow best‑practice design patterns.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn new business concepts and technologies.
• Experience in insurance/reinsurance domains is a plus.
