Software Developer – Salesforce (Junior to Mid-Level)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong Salesforce expertise to join Momentive Software’s delivery team. The role involves configuring, customizing and extending the Salesforce platform to meet client requirements while ensuring best‑practice implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets and hierarchy.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and perform data loads.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate external systems via REST APIs and support batch and scheduled Apex processes.
• Collaborate with clients and dispersed team members to gather requirements, propose solutions and deliver on time.
• Follow SDLC and Force.com configuration best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience on the Salesforce platform (administration and development).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Effective verbal and written communication and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Salesforce Administration (roles, profiles, permission sets, data loader).
• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
• REST API integration, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex.
• Git and Bitbucket version control.
