Tito Solutions is seeking a strategic and execution‑focused Social Media Marketing Lead to drive content strategy, campaign management, and audience growth across multiple client accounts. The role combines creativity, marketing expertise, and project management to translate client objectives into high‑impact social media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create monthly content plans, campaign roadmaps, and publishing schedules aligned with business goals.
• Monitor platform trends, emerging formats, and industry best practices to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
• Analyze performance data, optimize content, and report insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead content planning, calendar management, and ensure brand voice consistency across all channels.
• Drive organic audience growth through community engagement, experiments, and platform‑specific tactics.
• Provide direction to social media specialists, designers, and video editors, managing timelines and quality assurance.
• Participate in client meetings, present strategies, and support influencer or partnership opportunities when relevant.
