Social Media Content Creation Trainer

About the role

The Social Media Content Creation Trainer will lead the development and management of engaging content across multiple social platforms to generate sales leads for Home Credit Philippines. Based in Davao City, you will work closely with marketing, sales and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and drive audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize and produce educational, entertaining and informative content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Follow brand guidelines and collaborate with marketing and customer service to maintain consistency.
• Research industry trends, current events and audience preferences to inform content plans.
• Stay updated on social‑media tools, design applications and emerging technologies.
• Develop engagement strategies, monitor analytics and report on performance.
• Suggest and implement promotions, competitions and new features to boost brand awareness.
• Train the Sales Network on social‑media best practices and coordinate with the Sales Video Trainer on multimedia materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in content creation, social‑media management or related fields.
• Existing personal social‑media following is a plus.
• Strong copywriting and script‑writing abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Bisaya or another Philippine language/dialect is advantageous.
