About the role

Join Dedale’s research and network planning team to expand a global network of experts and advisors in the software and technology sectors. You will directly engage high‑profile executives and C‑level leaders to build and maintain relationships that fuel investment insights. This role offers robust training, mentorship, and a clear personal development path.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research industry experts relevant to Dedale’s investment research.
• Contact potential experts/advisors and manage the onboarding process.
• Create compelling LinkedIn and email outreach templates.
• Coordinate with the research team to ensure experts have necessary resources.
• Facilitate meetings and debrief calls, including payment procedures.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in technical recruitment, sourcing, lead generation, or business development.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Professionalism and autonomy when representing Dedale to external stakeholders.
• Ability to learn quickly, persevere, and adapt to a fast‑paced, international environment.
