Social Media & Community Operations Manager (Mandarin)

About the role

This position leads the development and management of the platform’s communities across key social channels, with a focus on Mandarin‑speaking audiences. You will oversee official social media accounts, drive KOL/KOC initiatives, and ensure content resonates with local culture.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow communities on Facebook Groups, Telegram, Viber, and other relevant platforms.
• Operate official social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and emerging networks.
• Design and execute KOL/KOC strategies to boost content creation, distribution, engagement, and conversion.
• Develop localized content plans that align with regional cultural preferences.
• Support marketing campaigns, trending content, and viral material to increase brand exposure.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) and conduct post‑campaign analyses for optimization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in international social media or community operations.
• Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of major international social platforms, their ecosystems, and user behavior.
• Fluent English for daily work.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and refine strategies.
