Social Media Associate

About the role

The Social Media Associate provides the engine‑room support for the Editor, handling high‑volume production, technical execution, and the logistical side of the brand’s social presence. This role blends creative asset creation with real‑time event coverage and community management.

Key responsibilities

• Asset Production: design daily layouts and Instagram Story frames in Canva, strictly following brand guidelines.
• Event Support: accompany the Editor to events, capture behind‑the‑scenes footage and upload real‑time Stories.
• Paid Content Execution: build and monitor commercial executions, ensuring all paid assets are correctly formatted.
• Drafting & Posting: edit reels from raw footage and draft captions for final approval.
• Community Management: manage daily engagement, filter comments, tag brands/talent, and organise the DM inbox.

Required profile

• High proficiency in Canva and mobile editing apps such as CapCut and InShot.
• Extreme attention to detail, including accurate tagging and flawless spelling.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings for event coverage.
