SMB Expansion Account Executive

About the role

RingCentral's SMB Sales team serves small-to-medium-sized businesses with mobility, connectivity and collaboration solutions. As an SMB Expansion Account Executive, you will maintain and grow existing customer revenue through upselling, cross-selling and referrals, while helping customers get maximum value from their RingCentral solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and increase existing customer revenue in the SMB space through upselling, cross-selling and referrals.
• Manage the account portfolio by executing the Customer Touchpoint Strategy to extend customer lifespan.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Collaborate closely between the customer and internal teams.
• Monitor account usage and drive product and feature adoption.
• Update the customer profile to track business changes and account growth.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Account management experience and/or client-focused solutions selling.
• Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence decision-makers at all levels, with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with a strong work discipline.
• Amenable to working night shifts.
