Site Physician

About the role

The Site Physician leads occupational health services at the Manila General Office, shaping health strategy, implementing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with health system standards. This role works closely with the Country Medical Leader and a multidisciplinary medical team to promote employee wellbeing and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive case reviews, providing medical recommendations, restrictions, or accommodations for employees.
• Oversee pre‑employment, annual physical, and executive health examinations, delivering final guidance.
• Lead medical emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity programs.
• Maintain and assess Health Systems Key Elements, driving continuous improvement of health and safety processes.
• Collaborate with Health, Safety, and Environment teams on significant medical investigations.
• Develop data‑driven health initiatives to address employee and organizational needs.
• Inspire and manage the Manila GO Medical Team to sustain efficient daily operations.

Required profile

• Licensed physician with experience in occupational health or corporate medical services.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Commitment to compliance with legal and corporate governance standards.
