Site Operations Lead

About the role

Lead a team that handles onsite production activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability and performance in line with OEM recommendations, SSO and client load demands. You will supervise, analyse site load control systems via SCADA and allocate daily tasks together with Maintenance Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor diesel generators, transformers and related equipment to ensure continuous power.
• Ensure all QHSE policies and procedures are followed on site (LOTO, ESR, lifting, tool calibration, spill prevention, PPE, etc.).
• Allocate daily production team tasks according to monthly shift planning and client load demands.
• Monitor site/asset alarms, provide advance notifications to Service Manager and support incident resolution.
• Maintain accurate production data, optimise inventory usage and uphold 5S and OPOS standards.

Required profile

• Preferably a PRC‑licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) with knowledge of Aggreko electrical equipment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a power project environment or similar role.
• Ability to read single‑line diagrams, P&IDs and mechanical drawings and analyse performance data.
• Strong leadership, communication in English and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• SCADA system operation and analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, single‑line diagrams and P&IDs.
