Service Technician (Electrical)

About the role

Aggreko is seeking a Service Technician (Electrical) to support customer sites and depot operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on maintaining and servicing Aggreko electrical equipment according to work instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot depot and field electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks on machinery and systems.
• Assist with loading, unloading, storage and handling of materials at the depot.
• Install and service equipment at field locations to ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inventory and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.

Required profile

• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years experience in depot operations, field maintenance or related technical roles.
• Experience working on high‑voltage equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• Attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and compliance, able to work under pressure.
